Check In : rooms are available from 14:00 weekends and 17:00 weekdays on day of arrival until 21:00.
Check Out : Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11:00am on the day of departure.
Cancellation: The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel anytime. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Full amount will be taken at time of booking and if cancelled the above conditions apply.
Smoking: The Red Lion is completely non smoking. In line with government law and hotel policy no smoking is permitted in any bedrooms or anywhere inside the building. Any bedrooms tainted by residual tobacco odours will be specially cleaned and aired over a 24 hour period and all charges resulting in this, both actual and loss of business (at prevailing B&B rates – minimum of £85)will be charged to the credit card given to secure the booking. In this event your credit/ debit card will be charged without prior consent being required.
Damages: We reserve the right to charge for replacement, cleaning or repair of any items belonging to the Red Lion, or the fabric of the Red Lion itself, damage either willfully or because reasonable precautions have not been taken. In this event your credit/ debit card will be charged without prior consent being required against invoices that will be provided for costs incurred.
Keys: Bedroom keys should be taken with you to allow access to the Red Lion at times when the front entrance to the pub is locked. We reserve the right to charge £10 to replace any keys lost by guests. In this event your credit card will be charged without prior consent being required.
